Are you new to Reformer Pilates and want to take things a little slower than jumping straight into our open level class?  This is the perfect class for you as you join others also at the start of their Reformer Pilates journey at Rebel Studio. 

We will give you a full orientation of the Reformer, guide you through some of the foundational movements and build your confidence on the machine. 

If you have injuries or anything else going on with your body, we will show you how to easily modify exercises so you will always be comfortable throughout our classes (well, apart from the Pilates burn that you'll come to love!)

You can attend this class as many times as you like before jumping into our Open Level Reformer class. Non-beginners are welcome if you would like to work on the basics but please know this class is slower-paced than our other classes.
